Thank you for your continued support and companionship! In October, Rakufun staff will be taking a holiday.
To ensure efficient and orderly handling of your packages during the holiday period and to avoid any impact on logistics, Rakufun has made targeted adjustments to warehouse, shipping schedules, and customer service coverage.
Please take note of the following arrangements and plan your shipments accordingly:
1. Japan Warehouse
From October 1 to October 8, 2025, the Japan warehouse will operate normally for package receipt, value-added services, and shipments.
Saturdays (October 4) and Sundays (October 5) are regular warehouse rest days.
2. Shipping Schedule
During the holiday period, the following shipping routes will continue to be processed normally:
①Japan Post (EMS, Air, Sea)
②DHL Express
3. Online Customer Service
On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, customer service will be off duty for the day.
During this time, live chat and inquiry services on the Rakufun website, H5, and app will be suspended. Online issues handling will also be paused. After the holiday, customer service staff will respond and handle inquiries in the order received.
4. WhatsApp Groups / Social Media Messages
From October 1 to October 8, 2025, response in WhatsApp groups and social media messages may be delayed.
